When we created Bisous

we set out to “solve” sunglasses. Our mission would not be complete without addressing the biggest problem in luxury eyewear: losing them.

So we created The Club.

If your Bisous are lost, stolen, damaged, sat on, dropped overboard, or otherwise meet an untimely end, we will replace them for $75 + shipping.

Joining is simple:


  1. Register your pair’s unique serial number (located on the inside left temple — for example, 1/200).

  2. Post or send us a photo of a dog wearing your Bisous (@iwearbisous or concierge@iwearbisous.com)

Cats and horses are fine, as are most domesticated animals. We strongly advise against trying to put sunglasses on wild animals. Especially moose.

The Club operates on the honor system, and we reserve the right to use discretion to prevent abuse. Frankly, this only works if people are honest. Our assumption is that dishonest sunglasses customers probably buy from other brands — and likely don’t have easy access to dogs anyway.

The idea is simple: once you own Bisous, we want you to actually enjoy wearing them.

On boats. At dinners. On vacation. Every day.

Not hidden in a drawer because you’re afraid something might happen to them.

We want to be your sunglasses for life.

You will be happy you joined the club when

You are relaxing on an exiled billionaire’s boat off the coast of Colombia and you accidentally drop them in the water.

You lose them at the summit of El Capitan

You wake up to find them missing after wearing them indoors at a nightclub.

How It Works

Step 2

Post a photo of a dog wearing your glasses and tag us in it (@iwearbisous), or email us one - concierge@iwearbisous.com. If you are allergic to dogs, work at a zoo with access to lions and/or have a better idea, we are open to hear it, but we need an amazing photo.

Step 2 and a half

If you inspire us with the power of your image, we might just send you another free pair for the fun of it.

Step 3

If you ever break or lose your shades just **email us and we will get them replaced ASAP. Once you replace a pair, in order to stay a member, you need to repeat steps 1 and 2 with your new pair. Note that our Limited Edition colors may not be available in which case we will provide alternate options concierge@iwearbisous.com
